A checkup service is also possible once the real estate has been secured. Whereby on a regular basis at an interval determined by yourself, for example once a week, once every two weeks or once a month, the property and accessories are checked to see if everything is still in order. However, some still find it a safer idea to take out a subscription with an external security company, especially if there is infrequent use. If the contracted party detects any peculiarities, we can act as your first contact in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Facilitate housing and rental
The Azores are making efforts to have the islands attractive for sustainable tourism. The mild climate is ideal for active tourism, with excellent weather in the summer for enjoying sun and sea as well.

There are several websites to temporarily rent out property, and otherwise it is also just possible through the local tourist information point. In all cases, at least the booking communication back and forth, transfer of keys, check-in and check-out and cleaning will have to be arranged. That may also include pick up to and from the airport, arranging for a rental car, scooter or bike, guides, or collecting rent, for example.
Airing and preparing the house just before arrival, an occasional (major) cleaning of the house and/or garden, having the car inspected and (temporarily) insured, getting the car ready at the port or airport, shopping service, tickets, restaurant reservations, and for example arranging a course can make the arrival and acclimatization more pleasant.
